If your company is a Charter HR client, your relationship with us is governed by that client’s contract with Charter HR and any related, written and signed co-employment agreements and any incorporated policies or procedures.  Nothing on this website changes those agreements, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Where these terms and a signed agreement might conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Our client portal at mcigo.net is a separate system with its own access terms. These terms do not govern your use of the portal.

Charter HR might from time to time publish content about subjects such as payroll, human resources, employee benefits, workers' compensation, safety, and employment compliance. That content is general information intended to be useful. None of that content or anything on this website is advice of a legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or human resources nature. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the county circuit or federal district in Alabama having general jurisdiction over Charter HR and subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate any such complaint, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Within a reasonable time after we do so, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
