The following schedule will enable all your employees to receive their checks during the holiday season.
Christmas: We plan to have all payrolls completed and shipped by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 26th. UPS and Federal Express will be closed Wednesday, December 25th and will only be delivering next-day air packages on Tuesday, December 24th. Charter HR offices will be closing at 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 24th and will be closed Wednesday, December 25th. If you would like to send your payrolls in early you can send them in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday; the fax lines and email will be available.
New Years: We plan to have all payrolls completed and sent out by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2nd. UPS and Federal Express will be closed Wednesday, January 1st. Charter HR offices will be closed Wednesday, January 1st.
Remember if you have any payroll checks that need to be voided, we need to receive them before Thursday, December 19th.
Send all changes of address notification for W-2 purposes to the Payroll Department.
Remember the Payroll Department does not work on Friday.
