The final payroll deduction for the 2013 Christmas Club will be the week of Friday, October 25, 2013.
The last week for early refunds will be October 18, 2013.
The 2013 Christmas Club checks for all active employees (employees who receive a payroll check from Charter HR) will go out the week of Thanksgiving, with payroll. For companies not running that week, checks will be sent to the company via FedEx or UPS.
Terminated employees (employees who no longer receive a payroll check from Charter HR) will need to request their refund check to be sent to them. This request needs to be in writing and it should include the employee's social security number, a correct mailing address and the employee's signature. Requests will not be taken over the phone. Deductions for 2014 will begin the week of November 1st, 2013. Christmas Club deductions are not carried over. Any active employee who wishes to be in the Christmas Club for 2014 will need to complete a new Christmas Club deduction form.
